Shipping policy

Edge G products are digital eSIMs. Nothing is shipped by post or courier.

After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your eSIM QR code and installation instructions, usually within a few minutes. Delivery depends only on email and our fulfillment systems, not on a physical address.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and contact us at contact@edge-g.com with your order number. We will resend the QR and installation details.

There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers or delivery windows for physical parcels.
